Project SunFlower 3rd Party License
This license allows anyone to make content for Project SunFlower and either publish it for free or sell it, without us taking a cut. Adventures, hacks, modules, anything goes. Just a few basic rules:
CONTENT
1. If you adhere to these terms you are allowed to publish free or commercial material based upon and/or declaring compatibility with Project SunFlower without express permission from David McLees or Faulty Wire Games.
2. Art and text from our books may not be reused or translated, unless you have our explicit permission. You can use the names and statistics of weapons, items, equipment, vehicles, and armor. You may also use locations and entities of the game world.
3. The mechanics and game rules of Project SunFlower may be reused and referenced freely.
BRANDING
4. Your product cannot use the Faulty Wire Games Logo, or the Project SunFlower Logo, unless you have our explicit permission.
5. You are allowed and encouraged (but not required) to use the SunFlower Engine compatibility logo or Project SunFlower compatibility logo.
6. You’re not allowed to give the impression that this is an official Project SunFlower product or that we endorse or sponsor you in any way unless we’ve made special arrangements with you.
LEGAL
7. Faulty Wire Games, Project SunFlower or David McLees takes no responsibility for any legal claims against your product.
8. Any legal disputes, controversies or claims related to this license shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State and shall be settled by a court in the State of Washington.
9. The following text must be included in the legal text, somewhere visible in the publication, and on the website or storefront where you promote the product:
“[Product Name] is an independent production by [Author or Publisher] and is not affiliated with Faulty Wire Games or David McLees. [Product Name] is published under the Project SunFlower Third Party License.”
10. This copyright text must be legibly included somewhere in the product and on the storefront:

Designer’s Note:
There is no room for Sexist, Racist, Homophobic and Transphobic bullshit in the apocalypse. The spore doesn’t care about your bigotry and Project SunFlower doesn’t need it either.
